2009 News Release - January 1, 2009
RealNova's U.S. management team has decided to accept Activerain, Zillow and Trulia websites as qualified sites for its global and national referral web portals.  Gail Hampton of our U.S. division had been consistently proposing the idea of allowing non industry and social networking sites to be allowed on our national referral portal.  Activerain.Com, Zillow.Com and Trulia.Com were approved because of their real estate content driven pages.  We understand that industry and social networking sites have become extremely popular within the real estate and business broker industry.  Our national partners, use of these types of web outlets, has increased tremendously over the past two years.  We are currently reviewing other similar sites for future approval.

2008 News Release - March 5, 2008
RealNova's real estate partner membership increased significantly for the month of February. Most of the new members are referrals that were recommended by current members who also renewed overwhelmingly this year due to the increased activity and positive results received from the National Web Portal.  Reese Molan, who heads the Global Initiative Team attributes the success to the global response to the U.S. subprime situation.  Molan feel as though many foreign investors see the U.S. and Canadian markets as a great buy right now due to the fallen real estate prices.  He also emphasized the fact that foreign investors see the importance of aligning themselves with local professionals who understand their local markets. He think this trend will definitely continue through 2008 and possibly through out 2011. Molan said that his team will continue to create and look for new global alliances to drive the National Portal.  He also stated that his team was very close to completing a significant real estate and business broker alliance with Australia, South Africa, England, Whales and Scotland.

2007 News Release - December 15, 2007
RealNova will be upgrading www.realnova.com to include BUSINESS BROKERAGE services.  The business broker portion is scheduled for a soft launch the fourth week of April (2008). The new business broker piece will include all 50 U.S. states and Canada. The portal will be managed by our global partner International Communications Systems (ICS).

2007 News Release - November  14, 2007
RealNova launches the 1st phase of its new Georgia Real Estate Portal with Lalrea.com.  The new web portal is designed to drill down our Global Real Estate Professional to the local level.  It also provides a source of valuable local resources for new and seasoned real estate investors.  This site will focus primarily on Metro-Atlanta real estate, but will also provide a source for locating top real estate professionals thru out the state of Georgia.  We are currently interviewing Georgia Real Estate Professionals to feature on this new local web portal.  For more information please visit www.lalrea.com.  Future 2008 local web portals will include Florida, California, Oregon, Alabama, New York, Virginia, and Louisiana.
